SHAVAURN HANSON

Shavaurn Hanson is a multidisciplinary artist from the City of Melville, Western Australia. She has exhibited works locally and interstate, led community engagement projects and worked collaboratively and independently on public artworks.  Her work playfully explores the conventions of geometric and post-painterly abstraction, often intersecting this aesthetic with language, non- traditional materials and appropriation of the everyday.
